The Mendota Day Committee is pleased to invite your organization to submit an application to participate in our Parade and have a "Booth" during Mendota Day. With new leadership, there is a different look and feel to the activities. We've got a lot of creative volunteers to host this one day event.
The parade will begin promptly at noon on July 13th, 2019 starting at St. Peter's Church on Highway 13 and ending just after the VFW.
Parade line-up begins at 11:00 a.m. on Highway 13 in Mendota next to St. Peters Church (1405 Highway 13). We will be lining up on the street again this year. If you are part of the parade you can park cars in St. Peters Church's parking lot.
Vendors will set up by the VFW (1323 Highway 13).
The road will close at 11:45 am and the parade starts at noon. After the parade we will have fun activities, great food, music, and more!
If you would like your organization to have a table/booth/activity after the parade for fundraising/demonstrating/publicizing let us know what ideas you have.
If your unit has animals, you must have a clean-up crew. No alcoholic beverages allowed on parade units
